Obama to Give Nomination Acceptance Speech at Open-Air Stadium

The Obama Brand Does It Again!

In true Obama campaign style, Barack Obama will break with the political norm and accept the Democratic Presidential Nomination not at the party's National Convention, but at the 76,000-seat stadium, Invesco Field at Mile High in Denver, CO.

This phenomenal marketing of the Obama brand is yet another example of how message consistency can propel success. The campaign's "CHANGE We Can Believe In" mantra has been plastered on every bit of marketing collateral material, Web sites, billboards, and YouTube videos from day one. Now, this historic acceptance speech, with its divergence from the norm, is set to embody that very same sentiment.

The last candidate, of either party, to deliver such a speech was the 1960 nomination acceptance speech of John F. Kennedy at the Los Angeles Coliseum.
